A Moment of Silence for Dr Joseph Keating, Jr.

The chiropractic profession mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished historians and prolific writers in the person of Dr Joseph Keating, Jr., PhD, F.I.C.C.(h). 

Dr. Joe worked as a clinical researcher, faculty member, administrator and historian at several chiropractic institutions and served as the President and Board Member for the Association for the History of Chiropractic.  He authored 19 books and book chapters as well as more than 500 journal articles. 
Dr. Joe was born in 1950 and passed away on October 14, 2007.  There will be a memorial service at the Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City Campus, held by his family, on Thusday, January 31, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.  Those who cannot attend the service are asked to observe a moment of silence in honour of Dr Keating Jr. at that time.
