September 5, 2008 – Comfort Motion Technology, a client of Flagship Enterprise Center, has received its first patent for its Multi-position software for improving comfort in power car seats.

Lower back pain is recognized as the most
prominent issue facing automotive seat manufactures and CMT's innovative
software solution looks to meet a growing consumer demand for a more
comfortable driving experience.

In addition to receiving their first patent, the
company was also recently featured at the Florida Chiropractic National
Convention and Expo. The four-day convention is the single largest chiropractic
association gathering in the country with over 2,600 doctors, and other related
fields of expertise in attendance, and was held this year in Orlando, Florida
beginning Aug. 21.

Demonstrated in a red 2008 Cadillac CTS, CMT
attended the expo to gain valuable feedback from doctors and specialists on its
software technology. The response to the company and its product was
overwhelmingly positive. Several doctors referred to CMT's technology as a "Best
of Show Product" and stated they would recommend it to their patients with
lower back issues.

The software enhances the ergonomic value and
function of existing power seat applications for the transportation industry.
Using proven, proprietary research and design based on the biomechanics of the
human spine, CMT's software reduces driver fatigue and improves driver comfort.
The software automates subtle changes in the seat position, redistributing the
occupant's weight while traveling. By automatically redistributing the driver's
weight during a drive, the technology redistributes the stress load and
relieves the pain caused by muscle fatigue and compression.
