launched a Laser Rehabilitation Centre at its corporate headquarters.

July 28, 2008 – On Wednesday, July 23, Theralase Technologies Inc., announced the company has
launched a Laser Rehabilitation Centre at its corporate headquarters.

The Theralase Laser Rehabilitation Centre is a healthcare facility devoted to the
expanding applications of Theralase's laser technology. The Theralase Centre
will provide a training facility for practitioners employing the Theralase
technology, as well as a rehabilitation clinic treating a variety of pain and
tissue conditions, including: nerve, muscle and joint pain, sports medicine
injuries, foot and ankle injuries, post surgical pain, dermatological
conditions, wound healing, inflamed joints such as arthritis, as well as
aesthetic and cosmetic applications and addictions such as smoking.

Theralase has appointed Dr. Rhonda Mostyn, who has been in private
chiropractic practice since 1995, as the clinic director. Before joining
Theralase, Dr. Mostyn was the Director of the St. Clair West Chiropractic &
Wellness Clinic, a multidisciplinary clinic in Toronto. She has treated patients
with numerous pain conditions, such as: low back, headaches, sports injuries,
foot, knee, chronic joint and muscle pain. Dr. Mostyn has also developed unique
on-site clinics for corporations and fitness facilities. Dr. Mostyn is
registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario,
and is a member of both the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian
Chiropractic Association.
