August 25, Eastern Shore, Nova Scotia – The Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors invites you to join them at their 2008 Charity Golf Tournament and Annual General Meeting to be held from September 26-28, at the Liscombe Lodge and Antigonish Golf and Country Club. As well, a challenge has been issued for attendees!
The weekend will include informative presentations – garnering attendees five CE hours – the annual general meeting, opportunities to interface with various corporate sponsors and exhibitors – who can offer valuable ideas for your practice – and the charity golf tournament. Proceeds from the golf tournament will go to "Feed Nova Scotia".
Attendees are challenged to bring someone famous and/or influential to participate in the golf tournament – this person can be a politician, celebrity and/or media person. The goal is to find someone who could benefit from being introduced to, and learning about, chiropractors.
The annual college dinner will follow the golf tournament – proceeds also to "Feed Nova Scotia" – and will feature guest speaker Karen Furneaux, two time world champion and three time Olympian in sprint kayak.
